The engineer responding to the callout will contact your college to ask you some standard questions regarding the callout.
This ensures they leave for your college prepared.
Upon arrival and initial diagnosis the engineer will give an analysis of the issue, an estimate to the time to fix, and costs involved. If new parts are required, they will advise and reschedule another appointment if required.
Once the job is complete and tested, you will be asked to sign a satisfaction report. We also encourage you to email us directly if you are happy or unhappy with our service.
