an unwelcome surprise when you receive an invoice.
As stated earlier, our whole aim is to treat our customers
the way we would like to be treated.
For illustration purposes, we have shown typical scheduled visit packages below.
Please bear in mind that, for these packages we assume a typical primary school of up to 30 desktop computers,
10 laptops, 3 network printers and one wireless access point.
Server support carries an additional charge unless it is a QIT provided server.
We base our prices on the schools equipment and network setup.
We do not charge schools on a per student basis or according to the schools stature.

We will basically maintain everything on your network. Adding new devices may incur an additional charge depending on the device. All parts are an additional extra.
The types of activities used to maintain your network will include producing back up images of your machines, running the QIT health check on all the machines, identifying possible issues and making the school aware of available solutions.
We will also document our work on paper and as a PDF document.
Support will also cover:
PC and equipment repairs - (does not cover parts)
Support for servers - additional charge dependant on equipment.
Priority given for emergency callout (May incur an additional charge).
