The engineer responding to the callout will contact your school to ask you some standard questions regarding the callout.
Upon arrival and after initial diagnosis the engineer will give you an analysis of the issue, an estimate of time required to fix, and costs involved.
If new parts need to be ordered, they will advise and schedule another appointment if required.
Once the job is completed and tested, you will be asked to sign a satisfaction report.
