(NB.We will require proof of purchase for the machine that needs its password restored)

Please note – we will not install any Pirate/illegitimate copy of an operating system or any other software.
We do not adhere to the policy of “No fix No fee”, as there is always a fix. One just needs to know what they are doing. There may be circumstances when the cost of repair cannot be justified and it is cheaper to buy brand new equipment. The customer will be advised of this if the situation arises, before any work is carried out.
Before being called out, we will make initial diagnoses over the phone or via email with you. This ensures that no time wasting occurs and a speedy resolution to the issue can be achieved. If however you need us to do some type of installation, we will then need to book a time with you when it would be convenient for the installation to be carried out
