QIT Solutions does not follow the no fix no fee policy. This is because as far as IT is concerned, there is always a fix. One just needs to know how. Of course, if the solution is more costly in time and cost then we will advise appropriately.
As stated earlier, after the engineer has made their initial diagnosis, they will estimate the time/cost to fix. If this is acceptable, only then will they start their work.
